Description of course: Introduction to behavioural biology combined with the observation of cetaceans in the field. Scientific study aboard a small whale-watching vessel. Documentation of the behaviour of cetaceans and the kind of interaction between the vessel and the whales. Six whale watching trips and four theoretical classes during 2 weeks.

Duration: 2 weeks

Facilities: Chartered research whale watching vessel, information centre

Indicative costs: €875 including accommodation and all expenses for the course, not including travel to and from La Gomera and food expenses.

Conditions for participation: Age 18+; participants must feel safe on small boats
